We have been involved on many projects from care home villages to commercial ventures, some of the more recent & interesting projects.

Berkeley Castle

Refurbishment & replacement of existing electrical installation. An extremely interesting project in a remarkable mediaeval building, part of the castle is a home & part is open to the public. We started by scanning in existing prints from the previous refurbishment in the 1920’s. We surveyed the castle checking dimensions & updating the floor plans, these drawings were used by the electrical & mechanical contractors. Working for Alpha the electrical contractor we surveyed the installation & produced layouts of the existing lighting, power & fire. We were then able to produce a set of working drawings showing the new installation & fittings to be refurbished. There needed to be great attention to detail as we set up drawings with the phases of areas to be worked in & photographs of the historic fittings. The refurbishment was completed in June 2011 when we completed the As Installed drawings.

We have worked on many care homes setting up the site plans with new build & the refurbishment of existing buildings. We have provided all the working drawings & detailed 1:20 room layouts, right through to completion of projects and the as Installed drawings.
